With over 80 years of proven experience, our Engineers remain dedicated to working closely with our customers to develop a comprehensive range of standard enclosures and accessories, that are not only user friendly, but meet all the current international standards.
Manufacturing is spread across four plants, three of them in Europe: Romania, Spain and the United Kingdom and one in India. We also have 13 sales offices and a network of agents throughout the world, to provide our customers with the best possible Global Partnership.
Although our ambitions are international, we remain committed to developing local relationships and setting new standards in terms of performance and quality. One of the main things that differentiate us is that we are happy to supply customized enclosures to your exact specification, to fit your every need. Although “specials” normally slow down production, our flexible approach means we can easily adapt standard designs quickly and efficiently, without causing significant delays.
From its humble beginnings in Nassjo (Sweden) in 1922, Eldon has certainly developed into a significant provider of enclosures, however our ideology hasn’t changed. Today’s management team believes in the same fundamental principles as our founders, Karin and Josef Randholm: design, quality and customer satisfaction.
We are committed to a continuous improvement plan, and invest in new technology wherever it is appropriate. Although automation is an important part of our strategic plans, any potential project undergoes a strict evaluation before starting, because we believe in controlled growth, and the need to allow time for our internal processes to keep up with our expansion. We also never compromise quality for the sake of efficiency or profit, because our reputation remains our most important asset. All our production facilities are ISO-9000:2000 certified and are regulated independently audited.
Although Karin and Joseph couldn’t have possibly imagined Eldon's great development to the 21st century, we remain a privately owned company with ambitious plans for the future.

England.
Opened in 1985 in Rotherham, the UK plant is the home of Stainless Steel for that matter, the production is entirely devoted to the extensive range of stainless steel enclosures. Using local materials and local skills built up from generations of people working with this complex material, our Rotherham facility uses the latest 3D CAD CAM technology to produce one of the largest range of standard sized enclosures in the market. Small teams working in dedicated cells make production both flexible and reactive. Due to the specialist experience and use of stainless steel, Rotherham Production manufactures a high proportion of standard "specials" to meet our customer’s exact specification.
Spain.
Located in the South of Spain, in Andalusia, Martos is a small but busy industrial town surrounded by olive groves. The factory was originally built by HIMO S.A. in the mid 1970’s to manufacture enclosures, and was acquired by Eldon in 1990. The manufacture of the Multi-Mount® range of mild steel enclosures is completely automated; the enclosures are punched, bent, welded and painted, without the need for any human intervention. Every Multi-Mount® enclosure is uniquely painted inside and out using a structured powder coating, to ensure the maximum protection against corrosion.
Romania.
One of the largest recent investments has been to build an entirely new factory on a green field site, during 2006-7. Situated in the very heart of Transylvania, Eldon was the first company to move onto a new Industrial Estate in the town of Prejmer. Initially manufacturing a variety of labour intensive products, Romania will continue to grow and add further capacity to allow the Group to keep up with the current rising demand for enclosures.
India.
Located in Umbergaon, Distt. Valsad, Gujarat State, the factory is approx. 150 km from both Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Eldon is already a well known, recognized brand in India, gaining popularity among customers as a provider of high quality products. Consultants, Machine builders, specifiers and installers utilize products from our range with great ease and satisfaction.
The ELDON sales team maintains regular contact with customers and our distributors are located throughout the country. With production supplied directly from ELDON CS -India factory, customers benefit with an important price advantage and a great delivery time.
